Salads are always a great starter and it is light.

This means that you can play it safe and serve your guests a tasty roast. Remember to always have a vegetarian or vegan option on your menu. Lastly, you need to look at your dessert. Now because it is the holiday season, you have many dessert options. This would include a variety of cakes and pudding. However, anything chocolate is always a great idea.
