This may seem really easy and like a no-brainer but it’s actually a lot deeper than that. You can do breathing exercises to help put your brain at ease. This will then help you become more relaxed and ready for bed. Now you may not fall asleep instantly but with practice, you will start to see a difference. Now when performing any sports, your lungs play a massive role.

You need your lungs to breathe and perform well. With the correct breathing exercises, you are able to control your breathing. It also helps improve the way your lungs function. This simply means that you will know when it would be best to inhale and exhale. You will also notice that there is a big difference in knowing how to control your breathing.
