Let’s face it, when it comes to working out, there is so much information on the internet. So much so that there really is no need for a personal trainer. After all, we have fitness influencers who create amazing workout routines that can be followed. However, did you know that just because fitness routines are so accessible, it doesn’t mean that they will work for you? That’s right, this doesn’t discredit the work of trainers or influencers. The fact, is we are all so different. This means that our bodies are different. In turn, this means that what works for you might not work for the next person.

So where does this leave you? Well, it simply means that you need a personalized workout routine. Now, yes we know that it isn’t as simple as saying it. After all, there are so many different exercises that you can do and it does take some time to get used to. However, your first step would be to know your fitness level. Many people forget about this step and it holds so much importance. You see, knowing your fitness level will tell you what you can and can’t do. Or instead, it will tell you what you are not ready to do.

For example, if you barely get in 200 steps a day, you shouldn’t be doing the same workout as someone who is in the gym every day. Yes, that’s where you want to be, but you have to start off small. This means working with your fitness level. It also means that you need to be realistic with your goals. Your personalized workout routine can be created by a personal trainer who will take all of this into consideration. Or it can be created by you. Remember it is all trial and error in the beginning.
