Oats are a favorite breakfast idea for many people. They are easy to make and you do not even have to prepare them in the morning if you soaked them overnight. Overnight oats are the perfect solution to having breakfast in the mornings when there is an immense time crunch. Oats are also a very healthy option since they contain many essential nutrients. This article provides some overnight oat ideas in case you are getting bored of your usual flavors.
Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Pumpkin Overnight Oats
The ingredients you will need are: ½ cup of oats, chia seeds, ¾ cup of milk, optional sweetener (maple syrup, coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener or honey), pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats
The ingredients you will need are: ½ cup of oats, chia seeds, ¾ cup of milk, optional sweetener (maple syrup, coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener or honey), smooth or crunchy peanut butter, strawberry jam (you can also use raspberry chia jam, blueberry jam or any other jam you like), freeze-dried strawberries or fresh strawberries for topping, and chopped peanuts.
For each of these recipes, the method of preparation is the same. Add the oats to the container you usually use. Follow by adding milk, this can be dairy or plant-based depending on your personal preference. Add chia seeds next, which will help create a pudding-like texture to the oats and also add in the extra fiber in your breakfast.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Close the lid of the jar you are using, and shake well. This ensures that all ingredients have mixed well. Next, add the jar into the fridge and let it remain there overnight. In the morning you can either heat it up in the microwave or eat it cold. Enjoy!
