The ingredients you will need are: ½ cup of oats, chia seeds, ¾ cup of milk, optional sweetener (maple syrup, coconut sugar, monk fruit sweetener or honey), smooth or crunchy peanut butter, strawberry jam (you can also use raspberry chia jam, blueberry jam or any other jam you like), freeze-dried strawberries or fresh strawberries for topping, and chopped peanuts.

For each of these recipes, the method of preparation is the same. Add the oats to the container you usually use. Follow by adding milk, this can be dairy or plant-based depending on your personal preference. Add chia seeds next, which will help create a pudding-like texture to the oats and also add in the extra fiber in your breakfast.

Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Close the lid of the jar you are using, and shake well. This ensures that all ingredients have mixed well. Next, add the jar into the fridge and let it remain there overnight. In the morning you can either heat it up in the microwave or eat it cold. Enjoy!
