Even though the air is getting chilly and our favorite caf├ęs have already started selling their versions of pumpkin spice lattes, some of us just can’t get enough of iced coffee. There is a time and place for warm coffee, but there’s nothing better than an icy coffee in the middle of the afternoon – if you agree, you’ll definitely love these recipes.

Let’s start with the basics. If you still haven’t been able to perfect your iced coffee, this is all you’ll need: two spoonfuls of powdered coffee, one liter of water and ice. Prepare your coffee and pour it into a glass bottle. Leave it in the fridge for at least three hours. Then, simply pour your refrigerated coffee onto a glass full of ice. Adding some lemon zest or cinnamon sticks if you’re feeling fancy.

Want to take your iced coffee a step further? Mix a shot of espresso, ice, one cup of cold milk, and a teaspoon of vanilla. Simple, right? This is all it takes to turn your regular iced coffee into the most delicious homemade caffeinated drink.

Using a blender, mix a spoonful of ground coffee, a spoonful of sugar, and a spoonful of boiling water until you the mixture becomes a creamy foam. Pour it in a glass full of ice and milk and enjoy your delicious creamy coffee.
