Traveling can be a bit tricky these days. While some countries have opened their borders, many remain closed to foreigners. And even when we can travel, each country has its own unique restrictions, so it can be pretty confusing trying to plan a trip. Therefore, most of us have just decided to get our travel fix by planning our next trip (someday way in the future) and living through other people’s travels. Thankfully, there are many travel bloggers out there who are still documenting their travels on social media – even if they’re only local adventures. One such person isĀ  Warman Wardhani, an Indonesian photographer who captures the most beautiful places around his home country. Recently, he took the internet by storm with a post he made about the Orchid Forest Cikole, an enchanting forest that comes complete with a magical bridge of lights. And it’s pretty easy to see why people are booking their next flights.

Orchid Forest Cikole is located in Lebang, a town and natural site in West Java, Indonesia. This forest is a beloved destination among both locals and tourists alike, and we can see why. With over 20,000 orchids spanning over its land, this forest is pretty much an enchanted paradise. Oh, and as if that weren’t enough, Orchid Forest Cikole also features a hanging bridge that is covered in magical string lights, complete with a charming little playground. Also known as “the wood bridge”, the Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge is not your average bridge. Yes, it serves a functional purpose, allowing people to make their way across the expansive forest land. However, this wooden bridge is also completely lit up with warm-yellow-tinted lights, which are strung across its entire length.

For anyone planning their next vacation destination, the Orchid Forest Cikole will definitely not disappoint. In fact, it is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to live ouT a fairytale fantasy.
