So where do you start when it comes to accessorizing your bedroom? Well, let’s start small first and accessorize your bed. Yes, you can accessorize your bed. You may have the basic two pillows and a duvet cover but there’s more you can add. When it comes to pillows, you should try to have at least six. Now, this may sound like a lot but they add new dimensions to your bed because they are different sizes. Next, you can add a throw blanket. If you have ever been to a really good hotel, you would know that they all add throw blankets to the beds. You can go with a blanket that matches your pillows and bedding.

Once you have your bed looking good, you can move on to your rug. Rugs aren’t only meant for your living room. They look good in bedrooms as well. Rugs add a certain level of fancy to a room so it is a great addition to a bedroom. With that said, do remember that your rug and drapes should always match. Now a bedroom wouldn’t be complete without a mirror. A mirror makes for a perfect bedroom accessory. Fun fact, mirrors can help make a small space look bigger.
